U Director of Sales
The Opportunity

We are seeking a proven, tactical and strategic Sales Executive to lead the company’s enterprise sale’s initiatives. This is an entrepreneurial and hands-on opportunity for an all-star Sales Professional to build, scale and lead a new sales team from the ground up. You'll be a key contributor to the overarching sales strategy, while providing definition and implementation of the plan to achieve enterprise sales objectives. Ideal candidates should have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, have experience managing and leading teams and have some experience bringing products into new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full sales cycle, focusing on Social Impact organizations with over $10M in annual revenues.
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level.
- Work with the CEO, CIO and COO to continuously refine and evolve the Enterprise sales strategy and process.
- Recruit, hire, on-board and manage new Account Executives in accordance with the Enterprise sales strategy.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing & Customer Growth teams to grow the number of qualified Enterprise leads and maximize upgrade potential.
- Use Salesforce to consistently track, manage and report the team’s progress & results.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of software sales experience as an individual contributor and in a management role, including 3+ years sales management experience.
- Proven record of sales success in a similar high-volume SaaS sales environment.
- Working knowledge/experience in the online fundraising, event registration or CRM spaces.
- Ability to hire and train new sales representatives.
- High ethical standards and values consistent with our company culture.
- A passion for innovation, change and thinking outside of the box.
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations and/or schools a major plus.
- Superb communications skills and an extremely strong work ethic a must.
- Bachelors degree or higher.

U Software Developer

We are looking for an experienced back-end software developer to join our growing team of passionate self-motivated individuals who want to make a difference. Our engineers are involved in the complete development cycle from concept to launch to maintenance. You will work hand in hand with other developers as well as with test, product management and the customer support team.
You need to be very good friends with PHP & MySQL, and have the desire to take ownership of your work. We work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment but most importantly with fun like-minded people who love what they do.
Requirements (what it will take for you to get in the door):
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of PHP 5, HTML, CSS, JSON and XML
- Experience building large-scale server applications

We are looking for a front-end web developer to join our growing team of passionate self-motivated individuals who want to make a difference. You will be responsible for HTML, CSS coding working closely with our designers and back-end engineers. The ideal candidate is passionate about web development, user experience and continually looking to push the limits of the latest web technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver standards compliant, semantic, web interfaces via HTML5/CSS3
- Creation of mobile compliant web interfaces
- HTML development of marketing materials including emails in a high velocity environment where new pages are being cut weekly
- JavaScript and JQuery experience a plus
- Work independently and collaboratively with other developers in defining implementation strategies
- Participate in discussions with various team members about technical best practices and help teams identify optimal technical solutions.

U Quality Assurance Web Tester

We are seeking a hands on quality assurance tester to work closely with the product development team driving bug free product releases. The ideal candidate needs to be detail-oriented, inquisitive on how things work and continually striving to make things better.
Responsibilities:
- Hands on involvement in all development projects. Test planning, manual testing, test automation and defect logging and verification.
- Defining and executing the QA test plan for features within product releases
- Actively participate and contribute in reviews of requirements, design, schedules, and test plans.
- Apply QA best practices from project inception to deployment and beyond.
- Identify and report defects through JIRA and tracking through closure.
- Ensures that the reliability, performance, and functionality of assigned features and functionality meet or exceed business goals.
- Work closely with software development staff to assist in the reproduction and resolution of defects.

StayClassy is looking for an Inbound Marketing Intern to assist with all phases of content production for our blog. We are looking for someone who is a strong writer and can manage independent projects and deadlines. This internship is ideal for a journalism student or marketing student looking for experience at the intersection of content production and web marketing. We are looking for an enthusiastic sales development representative to prospect for future clients through online and telephone research. An internship at StayClassy requires at least 12 consecutive weeks of work at our office in San Diego, CA. If you go to school in the San Diego area, we accept applications on a rolling basis. For candidates coming from outside of San Diego, the internship would be from April through September, depending on your school's schedule.
This internship is ideal for recent graduates, or college seniors who are looking to enter into a business field, especially those looking to engage in small, fast-paced companies with lots of potential for growth.
Responsibilities
- Research new leads that fit StayClassy's Ideal Customer Profile.
- Compile lead information, and upload into SalesForce.
- Maintain accuracy of lead and prospect information in SalesForce.
- Qualify leads entering via StayClassy's online chat, blog, and other sources of leads.
- Assist Sales Development Manager in the engagement of prospects to identify key decision makers, product-service fit, and readiness to buy.
- Attend and contribute to weekly sales meeting.
What We're Looking For:
- Currently enrolled as a college Senior, or a recent graduate (1-3 years out)
- Strong familiarity with, or interest in, helping the nonprofit and social enterprise communities.

The Opportunity:
StayClassy is looking for an intern to assist in the research and development of a new program that will enhance a current feature of the platform, the Organizational Profile. These new profiles will feature the organization's true impact and progress on the problem they are addressing.
The intern will assist in research and marketing initiatives that will target the most innovative and progressive non profits in the industry. The intern will also be assisting in compiling and analyzing lead lists of the top impact organizations within the social sector. We will be hiring someone who is task oriented, and can manage independent projects and deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- must be able to be a strong and reliable team member
- Knowledge and/or interest in the nonprofit space, and awareness of relevant issues and thought leaders
